After spending 6 hours with Mike in the house we are buying, we learned so much.  He is very professional, courteous, and patient.  The inspection report has 137 clear photos all right next to full explanations and suggestions for fixing the problems.  We know the house very well now, and the seller has adjusted the price after seeing Mike's inspection report.  DON'T GO WITH A LESS EXPENSIVE INSPECTION! You get what you pay for and Mike's inspection is worth every penny.

Highly Recommended!

When purchasing our first home, Michael discovered several problems that other inspectors missed (or neglected to mention) - including termites that were somehow (shockingly) not discovered by a professional termite inspector referred by our real estate agent. Great work!

Thanks for the complete inspection. As an insurance agent it helps to have a thorough inspection! I had an employee use Michael for a home inspection, the deal was terminated with several things wrong! The purchaser was thrilled...it would have cost thousands to fix.
