NO DEDUCTIBLES or service charges, other warranties have as many as 8 categories of deductibles which require payment every time service is needed.

NO CO-PAYMENTS, other warranties require the home owner to pay for half of the replacement cost of furnaces and air conditioners if they require replacement.

NO CAP AGGREGATE LIMIT, other warranties are limited to $2500-$3500 of repairs, after which you have no warranty coverage!

100% REPLACEMENT COST for roof and all warranty items, other warranties cover the roof for patching leaks only and will not cover replacement even if roof has multiple leaks and is worn out. Some warranties limit these repairs to a maximum of $500 leaving you with no roof coverage after just 1 or 2 roof patches. Some other home warranties do not provide roof coverage at all!
