Mike goes above and beyond compared to other inspectors

Hi Mike, I just wanted to let you know you did a fantastic job inspecting our prospective home.  The report was easy to read and understand, and you go above and beyond with your work compared to other home inspectors I have used in the past in this town.  I will definitely recommend you to any friends, acquaintances, family if they are ever looking for a home inspector.  I also really appreciate your independence from the Realtors, which is actually one of the main reasons I chose you.   Some realtors in town practically force you to use their home inspector(s) while many others have "a list of '4 or 5' people that I frequently use" & I think this is so unethical to be perfectly honest.  It was certainly worth the small extra cost for you to come up to Santa Fe.  Thank you very much for everything.

Most Thorough Inspector Ever!!

I use Mike for inspections for all of my buyers. They are so grateful to receive such an extensive inspection and so thorough. I don't ever have the fear of any of my buyers calling me 6 mos. down the road to tell me that something was missed, etc. Happy buyers means more referrals for me! Thank you Mike

I’ve never seen such an inspection!

I have been buying real estate for 15 years, and have never encountered an inspection as accurate and thorough as Buyer’s Protection Service.

I appreciate my agent looking out for me by recommending Buyer’s Protection Service, even though it might “blow the deal”, and I will stay with my agent and recommend him to others because of it.

Highly Recommended!

When purchasing our first home, Michael discovered several problems that other inspectors missed (or neglected to mention) - including termites that were somehow (shockingly) not discovered by a professional termite inspector referred by our real estate agent. In the end, Michael's inspection gave us the leverage to negotiate thousands of dollars off the already agreed upon sale price of our home.

As an independent inspector working with the buyer's interests in mind, Buyer's Protection Service is an invaluable service for a home buyer. I can't recommend this service highly enough.

Great job

I believe Michael is one of the best inspectors out there.  He looks at everything not over looking anything. I know using Michael there will not be any surprises for my Buyer's once they move in. He is the best.

Thanks for the complete inspection. As an insurance agent it helps to have a thorough inspection! I had an employee use Michael for a home inspection, the deal was terminated with several things wrong! The purchaser was thrilled...it would have cost thousands to fix.
