Avoid complicated reports with pages and pages of text which require you to read the whole report to try to extract the information you need.
Photos make the reports easier to understand.
Handwritten reports are difficult to read.
Checklist reports are inadequate without summary pages describing what was found to be a defect, why it’s a defect, a recommended solution, and estimates of costs to correct the defect. Only a licensed Contractor is qualified to recommend solutions with estimates.
